Spartan Sprint Countdown - Week 4 - Thursday

GO FAR whooped my butt today. I'm exhausted. I ate too much ice cream. I must stop this crap.

Becky, you really should try Body For Life Plan by Bill Phillips. That's the most sensible, well balanced eating plan that I've ever found. The exercise regime is invigorating. Before you know it, you're actually enjoying planning your meals and exercise. Give it a try.

I did BFL in 2007. That's what started this blog.

How did you do during the 12 weeks?

I think I lost 11 pounds and a bunch of inches. I had similar loss with ChaLean Extreme a couple years later. I've done lots of things in the last four years - BFL, P90X, Turbulence Training, ChaLean Extreme, Insanity, Jillian Michaels/Biggest Loser, Starting Strength, all three New Rules of Lifting programs...

We have two daughters who do the P90X, but it's too intense for me. We are conditioning to do a 5K in a couple of months. I've been too sedentary, doing office work for about 2 years and need to whip myself back into shape. I started BFL again the first of September. I'm beginning to see some results.
