I ran with my GO FAR kids for a warm up then came home and lifted weights.
squat 3x5x115 lbs
dumbbell shoulder press 3x5x25 lbs
power clean 5x3x65 lbs
pronated grip suspended row 3x12
plank 3x60 sec
Food sucked. That is all. Oh, I did drink lots of water today. Well, more than usual.
