Day 38 - NROL - Turbo Jam Fat Blaster

It's been a long while since I've done Fat Blaster and I was totally uncoordinated. Still, I felt like I got a good workout.

Food

Breakfast - coffee w/ Splenda & creamer [6]
Lunch - chicken breast & green beans [3]
Dinner - thin crust pizza [14]
Snack - spouted bagel flat w/ cream cheese [12]
