Day 36 - NROL - Prep Day

That's a non-lazy way of saying I had no workout today. Tomorrow kicks off the Fat Loss phase of NROL. I really hate this phase. It's high rep. It sucks.

Food

Breakfast - coffee w/ Splenda & creamer [6]
Lunch - sausage on potato bun [12]
Dinner - chicken & sweet potato [
Snack - apple & cottage cheese [5]
