Food was not stellar today. I didn't eat any junk, but I ate a lot of things I could have done without. I did Day 2 of my 100 Days of Burpees challenge, which I forgot to mention today. The purpose is to work up to 100 burpees. I can do 100 - it's a decent short workout for me - but I joined to make sure I get at least some exercise every day, and for moral support for the rest of the group. Today was 2 burpees.
I didn't get Kenpo X+ done because my husband didn't get home until really late so I am dragging his ass out of bed at 5 AM to do it with me.
