33 Days until the Spartan Sprint
Workout:
bench press 5x5x80 lbs
one arm db row 1x5x25 lbs, 4x5x30 lbs
push up 3x8
lateral raise 3x8x10 lbs
My husband did the workout with me. He liked it, I liked it. All is well!
I ate badly today :( No excuse, other than I suck.
