32 Days until the Spartan Sprint

I used the sandbag for my leg work today, since my husband was using the barbell and I didn't feel like waiting.

front squat 5x5x40
bicep curl 5x5x20
lunge 1x8x40, 2x8x50
good morning 3x8x50

Food wasn't great. I hate working in a cafeteria :(
