Determined in December - Day 5

Today was either going to be nothing, or Turbo Jam 20 Minute workout. I burned 179 calories. I actually wanted to do Cardio Party 3, but I didn't have the energy for that.

Food:
coffee w/ half & half and Splenda
baked chicken breast w/ whole grain roll, peas & corn
apple
Carolina barbecue pork w/ broccoli
