I didn't work out today and food wasn't that great. I am so emotionally drained and overwhelmed with everything. I'm still sick, and that makes me cranky. I'm just feeling so defeated. I'm either starving hungry, so I eat, or I'm not hungry at all but I'm comforting myself with food. I don't think I've ever been this miserable, not even when
I ate half a pound of M&Ms.
