NROL4L - Week 2 - Sunday

No workout today. My toe is a lot better and I'm hoping to be ready to run by Wednesday. I won't be making any personal records with the Freedom 5K but I would like to run the whole thing.

Food:
coffee w/ milk
homemade protein bar
brown sugar chicken w/ brown rice
cookies - Good portion control!
