Storm The Beach - Week 4 - Friday

Team camp this morning was upper body, thankfully. Assisted pull ups, lots of push ups and some core work.

Food:
coffee w/ half & half
egg & cheese omelet - I really wanted to eat the biscuit that came with it, but I didn't.
turkey salad w/ Caesar dressing
fruit smoothie
big mac salad
