I just don't enjoy it. I don't look forward to it at all. I can't do something I don't look forward to. So it's back to lifting and cardio. I'm currently working on my plan. I'll post it this weekend.
Food has been good but I didn't write anything down or track at all today.

I'm surprised anyone's quitting this programme. I find Mike's attitude completely engaging. He keeps me coming back for more and more and more ... This is the only exercise programme that has had me motivated to change myself, ever.
Glad to see you're still doing other stuff, though. I'll pop by now and then to see how you're getting along! We size-challenged have got to stick together. :P

I found it boring and I just did not enjoy it. I refuse to waste time on exercise that will make me resentful. Now I'm just waiting out my last week of hell so I can start exercising again.
