Memorial Day Challenge - Day 30
I worked out this morning - Cardio Party Remix again. Man, I love this workout!!!
Food:
coffee w/ half & half & Splenda
beans, corn & rice
fruit smoothie w/ soy milk & protein powder
cantaloupe
chicken & rice
granola bar
Too much food.
