Cathe STS - Day 25

It's Shaun T's birthday (mine too) so I decided to celebrate with some Rockin' Body instead of some Turbo.

Food:
coffee w/ half & half & stevia
ground turkey w/ brown rice & beans, cucumber salad
meatballs w/ baby carrots

So endeding up skipping WW last night because I had so much to do. I decided right when I pulled into the parking lot that I'd just go Saturday morning. I did end up getting a ton of stuff done so that's great. I went over my 29 P+ but just took from my 49. Since I didn't eat because of WW and didn't get back til later, I didn't eat until 8pm. So it's 8am now and I'm going to try to hold out until 10am. Not sure I"ll make it. I prefer to stop eating earlier and having breakfast earlier. I don't like not eating for several hours. I need to get my metabolism going!

Boo you haven't udpated! I did Bi and tri Saturday. Went to Ww and was actually down. I thought I'd be up. So that was nice. I think three pounds to get back to goal and then 10 to get to low. I just got back from Boot Camp. That went well but I didn't push myself hard enough. I'm so apprehensive with my ankle. Tomorrow starts phase 2!!! Excited for that. I'll be super duper excited for phase 3 though.

squats and back and biceps done. Also did my plank challenge that I'm doing with my co-worker.

Yesterday I did awesome. When for a long walk. Did Run club for 30 minutes. Went for a 30 minute walk with my co-worker. Did my plank challenge for May and did 100 of my squats. I'm going to be a little behind on the squats. I'm going to skip the plank aspect of our challenge for the month because I am doing the full month plank challenge with my co-worker. You should just do the push up challenge next week with me and then whatever you want for that week if it's the planks or squats. Chest, Shoulders and Triceps was AWESOME today. Back and Bi was good too. I love this week!! ow are you feeling?
