2020 - Week 5

It was an ok week. I was down two pounds, got three days of exercise, including one session of Turbo Jam. It was only the 20 Minute Workout and I had to modify the shit out of it, but I did it without too much agony.

I'm feeling pretty decent, physically. Mentally, I am still pissy that I can't do as much as I used to. I'm still struggling with the low sodium diet, and I don't really stick to it. I know I need to get better with that.

Ugh.
