New Rules of Lifting For Women - Week 1

It was an ok week. I am not crazy about the Stage 1 workouts because they are so quick but it's whatever. Food was good (still under-eaating when I track) until my son told me to eat one of his peanut butter balls. I went off the rails a little bit and had a bit too many carbs but I reigned in it. I'm down 12 pounds since I started all this shit back in June. I'm hoping to lose 5 more pounds before the end of August. I have a concert to go to and don't want to look like a whale.

Wow!12 pounds! That's awesome! I think I've gained four since June. :( But I did just sign up for an additional boot camp that runs Tue/Thur so now it will be fine days a week.
