Insanity - Week 8 - Tuesday - Max Interval Plyo

I woke up feeling much better and somewhat energized. As a result, I got a pretty good workout in. My net burn was 345 calories, good for 4 activity points.

Food:
coffee w/ skim milk [3]
apple & cottage cheese [5]
broccoli [0]
ice cream [2]
salad w/ almonds, chow mein noodles & light dressing [8]
chicken breast & green beans w/ olive oil [9]
carrot sticks, Canadian bacon & cheese sandwich  [7]

I used all of my daily and activity points and have 48 weekly points remaining.
