Or wait...either way. :)Hayleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12939963173166369159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-952642451686418497.post-48873484894409003592009-07-05T20:17:30.802-04:002009-07-05T20:17:30.802-04:00I don't know if I answered your question..LOL....I don't know if I answered your question..LOL...I meant that yes, I cook them in the microwave.Hayleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12939963173166369159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-952642451686418497.post-55919480135536459782009-07-05T20:17:15.392-04:002009-07-05T20:17:15.392-04:00Thanks. Its nice to know I can have this stuff, if I'm trying to maintain, so it's not as scary to leave it out for now.Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17025939868888943121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-952642451686418497.post-48815073619655720942009-07-05T20:14:29.294-04:002009-07-05T20:14:29.294-04:00Yeah...I've tried raw oats and they're fin...Yeah...I've tried raw oats and they're fine mixed with other stuff, but you get more bang for your buck if you cook them. They seem to inflate. :)Hayleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12939963173166369159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-952642451686418497.post-38508459174757284972009-07-05T20:09:10.501-04:002009-07-05T20:09:10.501-04:00Thanks for the cereal tip. It's awesome that you're tuning into what works for your body and even better that you're feeling the difference! I discovered long ago that cereal doesn't work well for me, only because I end up feeling hungry 1-1.5 hours later. DOesn't mean I don't love the stuff! What I do now is mix 1/3 cup of oats with 1/3 cup of Trader Joe's High Fiber cereal, which is basically like Fiber One. I mix it with almond milk, water, cinnamon, and some almond butter. It tastes so good and really sticks with me for a while. That's when I'm in the mood for something warm and carby. Otherwise, eggs are a great choice for breakfast! I LOVE the sound of your romaine/avocado wrap! :)

P.S. - Thank you so much for reading my new blog and leaving a comment!
